We watched companies rush to adopt AI without fully understanding its impact on their operations or people. We saw an opportunity to help organizations navigate this transition with greater clarity and intention.
The world is at the precipice of a technological revolution unlike any in history. The AI revolution has great potential for good, but an undisciplined proliferation has tremendous risks for our workforces, our societies, and our humanity.
Bond-Rand, which began as a research partnership at the Economic Research Institute of Erie, saw these theoretical risks first-hand through a study on AI's impact on the labor market. They realized proactive, not reactive, action at the institutional and personal level was needed to mitigate the human cost of AI deployment. After presenting the research internationally, they found that many companies were ill-prepared for this new era and needed assistance. This is where Bond-Rand Technologies was born.
Today, they work with companies at every stage of AI transformation. They build solutions around the specific needs of your organization, informed by data collected through their proprietary diagnostic software. They use those results to give executives a clear picture of how AI is currently being adopted internally and what a proper implementation strategy should look like for their organization. From there, they develop and deploy the components of that strategy and measure its effectiveness over time. Whether it is AI or whatever technology the future has in store for us, it should be molded to fit into the cracks of your organization.
