The world is at the precipice of a technological revolution unlike any in history. The AI revolution has great potential for good, but an undisciplined proliferation has tremendous risks for our workforces, our societies, and our humanity.
Bond-Rand, which began as a research partnership at the Economic Research Institute of Erie, saw these theoretical risks first-hand through a study on AI's impact on the labor market. We realized proactive, not reactive, action at the institutional and personal level was needed to mitigate the human cost of AI deployment. After presenting the research internationally, we found that many companies were ill-prepared for this new era and needed assistance. This is where theory turned into application — and Bond-Rand Technologies was born.
